Heather is a nationally certified massage therapist who has been in and member of the American Massage Therapy Association board. She has been a licensed to practice in St. Paul, MN since 2000.  She offers a wide variety of therapeutic and relaxation massage techniques that she customizes to address the specific needs of her clients.

Heather also employs micro-current therapy for additional relief to people suffering from chronic pain associated with sports and work related injuries as well as musculoskeletal and neuroskeletal pain associated with medical conditions.

Heather attended Peninsula College in Washington where she received over 1,000 hours of training. She received additional training in the Esalen Massage at the renowned Esalen Healing Arts Program in  Big Sur, California and Lomi Lomi and Hot Stones Massage at the famed Ho'omana Spa in Maui, Hawaii. She is also trained in Connective Tissue Massage, Thai Massage, TCM Acupressure, Trigger Point Therapy, Healing Touch and Qigong Energy Healing.

She is also well trained in the therapeutic application of the Electro-Acuscope Myopulse Micro-current System (read more under Services). 

Heather is a licensed massage therapist and nationally certified by the NCBTMB and licensed by the city of St Paul, MN. She is also a member of the American Massage Therapy Association
