Esalen Massage

Long flowing strokes over the entire body. It helps release the stresses of everyday life and bring you deep relaxation and a sense of wholeness.

Lomi Lomi Massage
This intense Hawaiian relaxation massage is given in fluid, rhythmic motions using the forearms, elbows and hands. Some people have described this as feeling like gentle waves moving over the body. Another feature is that different parts of the body may be massaged at the same time.

Hot Stone
Hot stone massage is a specialty relaxation massage using smooth, heated stones, either as an extension of their own hands, or by placing them on the body while they massage other parts of the body. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and help warm up tight muscles so the therapist can work more deeply, more quickly.

Trigger Point Therapy
Locates and deactivates "trigger points," which are often the “hot spots” or tender areas of the body. This is more of a therapeutic massage that reduces spasm and tension which induces new blood flow, enhancing oxygen supply to the affected area. The muscles then are gently stretched to complete the relaxation process.

Thai Massage
This is a mix of therapeutic and relaxation massage involving passive yoga stretches and acupressure point therapy. Muscle compression, joint mobilization. It helps to relax and energize the body. No oil is used and you remain fully dressed.

Chair Massage
The upper body relaxation massage focuses on neck, back, shoulders and arms. Given in a ergonomic massage chair with you fully clothed.

Micro-current Therapy with

Electro-Acuscope/Myopulse Device

Registered with the FDA, the Electro-Acuscope micro-current therapeutic device

meets the requirements for Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation. It has

been shown to reduce pain and inflamation and speed recovery from injury.

Micro-current therapy reduces spasm and inflammation, restores range of motion, and

accelerates recovery from injuries by gently delivering electrical micro-current stimulation to muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia. Micro-current therapy produces remarkable results—especially in patients who suffer from arthritis and chronic pain.

How it works: Cells in the body produce minute electrical charges; when an injury occurs cellular micro-currents are disrupted. Blood flow is affected and inflammation creates an energy resistant barrier around the injury. Micro-current therapy targets inflamed cells and gently encourages repair and return to normalcy.
